Unlock Printer Control Panel

I am trying to unlock the control panel lock on my printer (HP Office Jet Pro 8020e - All in one) so that I can change the print settings to print photos. I dont remember my user name or password and cant recall if I ever set one up when I installed this printer.  Help.

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

We have to perform a Semi Full Reset to unlock the features of the printer/Reset the password. 

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
