LaserJet P1102w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I am trying to install LaserJet P1102W printer on my Win 10 (64-bit) computer. I downloaded installation file  hp_LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution-v20180815-50157036.exe  from HP site, but cannot unpack it. System gives me error message: "Cannot delete output file".

If I restart the computer and run this file again it starts and finishes unpacking but nothing happens after that. After second run gives me error message mentioned above.

Is file corrupted or I am doing something wrong?

TIA

Chunia

Hi,

browse to C: and delete the LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution, also make sure there is enough free hard disk space on drive C

Next run the installation file once again.

If no installation appears upon extraction, right click the start button and select Run, then paste below path and press OK to start the installation:

C:\LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution\HpSetup.exe
