Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-s0000 (76T50AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I am writing to formally demand a Whole-Unit Replacement (WUR) for my HP Victus 16 gaming laptop. This machine has suffered from persistent, cascading hardware failures that have resulted in four separate repair attempts by HP service centers, rendering the device entirely unreliable. My official warranty expired on September 6, 2026. However, this current hardware failure is the exact same recurring defect that began and was worked on while the warranty was active. Under Republic Act No. 7394 (The Consumer Act of the Philippines), a manufacturer remains liable for failing to properly fix an in-warranty defect, as the initial repair attempts were unsuccessful. Your internal database will confirm that this unit has undergone extensive teardowns and major parts replacements across four separate service orders:The Motherboard (Replaced after the laptop refused to power on, showed flashing lights, and suffered black screens). The Bluetooth / Wi-Fi Wireless Module (Replaced due to the adapter repeatedly disappearing from the system, and currently disappeared completely). The Internal Cooling Fan (Replaced hardware failure where it was making a loud, abnormal grinding and vibrating 'brr' noise instead of a normal smooth airflow hum). Despite these extensive repairs—including two handled out of goodwill or extended coverage post-warranty—the exact same core issue has returned. The Bluetooth hardware has once again completely vanished from the system at a hardware level. As this is an HP Victus 16 gaming machine, these recurring symptoms (power flashing, black screens, and disappearing communication chips) clearly indicate a systemic power delivery or voltage defect on the motherboard rail that keeps burning out or disconnecting the wireless module. I have acted in complete good faith by sending this unit back four times. A fifth repair attempt is completely unacceptable for a machine that is clearly a "lemon." This situation has now become incredibly urgent. I am a graduating student, and I heavily rely on this laptop every day for my studies—specifically for my Capstone project. Being left without a reliable computer at this stage of my college education is severely disrupting my academic progress. I request that a Case Manager or Senior Corporate Liaison review this file immediately to issue an out-of-warranty exception for a brand-new or equivalent replacement unit. I have my remaining physical diagnostic sheets ready to provide if necessary.Thank you, and I expect a prompt resolution to this ongoing issue.
