My printer keeps defaulting to “99” instead of “1” for photocopying. AI advises me to update the firmware. When I tried to do that I received a message saying a link was unsafe and I should turn back (same on two different browsers). There was no option to proceed. Only turn back or get details. Screen shots attached. How can I update my firmware? Or fix
the “99” issue?
