HP Recommended

Connecting to HP LaserJet 700 color MFP M775 via web interface.  Logged in as Administrator.  Under Networking > Network Identification Tab > DNS IP V4 when I try to update parameter it allows me to type in updated info then I click Apply and it states Read Only Parameters will remain unchanged and changes back to the original incorrect information.  Please help.  Thank you.

Do you have the IP address settings on the printer on manual on or DHCP or other auto assign protocol? It may be that you cannot manually set DNS settings if the IP address is on auto-assign.
