Dear Community,
I'm using the HP Instant Ink service for my printer HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer and I'm now receiving a mail from the HP service that is saying to me that is necessary to update the firmware of the printer to continue to use the Instant Ink service.
They give me the instruction about how to update it directly on the printer ...Settings> product update> verify new update ...but I don't find any new firmware available for the printer ...the printer sad that the last version is already installed.
So, what I need to do?

@Paolo_IT, Welcome to HP Support Community!
If the printer has the updates already installed you do not have to worry. The email is only if you don't have the updates installed. It would have been sent to everyone with the HP Envy 5530 Printer.
