Printer was working fine. After an automatic update it stopped printing in colour. Tried everything, resetting, reloading drivers, computer settings, reloading applications nothing fixes the problem. Test page prints colour so it's not the hardware. Calling customer service is a joke. Bought the printer in UK moved to Europe and trying to get support is impossible. I cannot speak the lingo and need English. But keep getting told to speak to local support who don't speak English catch 22. It's a joke. Buying hp is not something I'm gonna catch onto. I'm having to dump a perfectly good printer and get a new one because hp can't find somebody to help me.
