Hi once more

I just wanted to add for anyone else with a similar problem. Although I marked one of the last emails as the accepted solution I did go through all of the previous emails and followed the steps outlined. You may have to do the same. I cannot tell if the earlier steps set up the final thing I did to be a success or if the last step is a stand alone solution.
