@Doulas, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Currently, for the HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer, there isn't specific information about driver updates for the iOS 26 operating system mentioned. However, here are a few general steps you can take to resolve scanner issues with your printer:

Check HP Software and Drivers: Ensure that you have the latest version of the HP app, as it typically includes the necessary drivers and software updates for iOS. You can download from: HP App – For HP Printers, Laptops, and Tech Accessories | HP® Official Site

Ensure Compatibility: Verify that your printer is compatible with the features offered by iOS 26. For example, ensure that the AirPrint feature is supported and enabled, which is used by most iOS devices for printing and scanning tasks.

HP App: Use the HP app for scanning, which is designed to help manage printer tasks and get support.

Network Connection: Make sure your printer and iOS device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Sometimes scanner functionality depends on a stable network connection.

Troubleshoot Network and Software Settings: Restart your printer, router, and iOS device to resolve any connectivity issues. Also, ensure the printer firmware is up-to-date via HP Software and Driver Downloads.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
