Officejet j4680
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey all,

I recently got a Officejet j4680 printer second-hand and have been having trouble getting it to function. I can get it to connect to my computer through both wired and wireless connections, but it always reads driver unavailable. I downloaded HP print and scan doctor with hopes that it would get me the drivers I need, but it just redirects me to the HP support page for my product. This would work fine, but the Officejet j4600 series page doesn't have any drivers to download, it only has a link to download the print and scan doctor again. I'm stuck and would sincerely appreciate any help from the community. Thanks for any help you can provide!

Hi @Jake_Senecal,

I'd be happy to assist!

I understand that your receiving a "driver unavailable" error

HP Officejet J4680 All-in-One Printer driver for windows 10 is not available on the HP website. However, you could add the printer with Windows built-in driver.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
