My HP LaserJet m4555mfp is requesting password before upgrading the firmware what is the password pls

How are you trying to update the firmware?

Where does it ask you for a password?

Am using flash drive, I tried to login via administrator is not login, it is showing me required password

Done it is showing press any key if I use that option it not working

Are you trying to access printer EWS and you don't have the administrator password or the printer is asking for a service PIN?

 

To reset the admin password you can cold reset the printer you can find instructions on Google, service PIN can be found on Google.
