Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have had this new printer, HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 for about a week and has been working fine until a couple of days ago.

The first error message showed a blue screen on the display panel with the error message BA35DA7A. I turned the printer off and on a couple of times and that error message went away but then started showing a message, "please use SETUP cartridges that came with the printer." I cannot get figure out how to fix this. I have followed the steps to reset the printer but still continue to get the message.

Hi @LiV52,

I'd like to help!

I understand you are receiving a "Use SETUP cartridge on the printer" error.

We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
