HP OfficeJet Pro 9013 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi there!

HP OfficeJet Pro 9013 All-in-One Printer

My colour cartiges are empty, but I want to continue using the device only for scanning.

Initially it worked well, but then I got a new PC and ended up having to cold reset the printer to install it on the new PC.

Now, after restarting the printer, it is stuck on a screen that says: "Incompatible Cartridges: The printer is not designed to use continious ink systems. To resume printing, remove continious ink system and install original HP cartridges."

The printer still has its original cartridges in that it came out with.

I know the cartridges are empty, but I just want to get the printer going so I can use the scanner.  Is it possible?

Thanks in advance!
