Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need printer drivers for the PSC1400 series. I need to be off internet or with Windows Update Disabled.

The ones I have downloaded from the HP support site needs to have Windows Update Enabled otherwise only the scanner will work.

OS Windows 10 64 bit.

Thank you for trying to help.

I need to install the full drivers without being connected to the internet. HP Print and Scan Doctor needs the internet to work.

I have already downloaded the AIO_CDB_NonNet_Full_Win_WW_140_408-4.exe. But when installed the printer drivers are not installed unless the computer is connected to the internet.

how is the printer connected to the computer?

 

Try installing the printer Using the USB cable.

 

Or

 

While install the printer driver select connect the printer later and try to install the driver.

Sorry to disappoint you but still not working. I have tried everything and still the printer drivers will not install.

I appreciate the fact that since this is an old model, you will not be able to reproduce the bug without actually having this model available.

I would personally suggest you contact our HP Support for one on one interaction to get better assistance. 

 

Please use the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:

 

Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp

Step 2. Sign in / sign in as a guest

Step 3. Enter the product number or select to auto detect

Step 4. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"

Step 5. Scroll down and click: HP contact options - click on Get phone number and phone number appear.

It appears that Window 10 requires a compatible printer driver which can only be downloaded via windows update.

Go down to  PSC Printers

Find PSC 1410
