Hi Everyone. I recently bought this printer. But evertime i am getting User Intervention message and unable to print. Also tried with deleting with printspooling options and it doest work. Still getting same error. Please help me.

Hi,
Try following below version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe
Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.
Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy and check.

Hi Tried Following Possibility
#1: Uninstalled the HP 3830 Drivers and again re installed the drivers. Then restarted the PC. Then again tried to print and there comes again user intervention problems
#2 :
1. Navigated to services .msc as administrator
2. Selected the spool and Stoped the program
3. Deleted the files in windows32/ spool
3. Again started the spool in services.
4. Restarted the spool once again
5. restarted the PC
6. Print the page and comes again the user intervention problem
#3 :
select the printer and troubleshoot it.
Then set as standard one and tried to print it. Then comes again the same problem
Really frustrated .
Please help me

Hi ,
Tried following scenario too
Scenario #1
1. Executed the HP Scan utility and Completed the Process.
2. Restarted the PC and then tried printing it. Same issue exists
Scenario #2
1. Selected the Printer and Opensed them queue Items
2. Restarted the new Items in the list and still issue exists.
Kindly let me know whether my approach is correct
I tried with Mobile ( via HP Smart App) and also vis USB cable . Then print works
Please provide me some solution. I am glad to share my desktop too. pl help me
