Deskjet 2752 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Brand new printer will not print footers of web pages, only headings. Adjusting margins has no effect. I would appreciate assistance.

According to HP, the Deskjet printers (top loading) are incapable of printing footers from several browsers (including Chrome and Microsoft Edge). If it is desired/necessary to print those footers, a bottom loading printer should be purchased.

Hi @JCINFL,

I'd like to help!

I understand that the footers on the page not printing out.

To assist better-

Could I know the browsers you are using? Have you tried other browsers?

Have you tried printing from an application? Does the issue occur when printing documents?

How is the printer connected, USB or wireless?

Let me know!

Thanks for the reply. Footers on web pages do not print using the Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers. Headers do print. The footers on documents are not as low on the page so they do print. To print a low footer from a PDF, I had to check the box "Shrink oversized pages" or "Fit" to print  the footer.

I am connected wirelessly.

The same issue exists printing from my HP Chromebook. (Also, my chromebook does not show the "Print on two sides" option which appears on my HP Laptop.

I have had two support personnel connect to my laptop and spend over an hour each trying to resolve this matter.

Apparently, there is a design flaw or driver issue with this printer model, assuming the problem is not just with my printer.

The issue has been escalated to a case manager.
