Ventura driver for OfficeJet Pro 6830

Hi All,

I have an OfficeJet Pro 6830 connected to my network via ethernet cable. This works perfectly fine with all the windows computers in my network. However, my MacBook keeps having issues. It can either not find the printer, or it can't find the correct AirPrint driver. I have tried the completely useless HP Smart app (Please explain to me why I would need to log in to your cloud services to be able to use my local devices), the HP easy start app, and adding the printer manually through the system dialogue. While the system dialogue sees the printer, I can not add it, as it can only find the fax driver. Where can I find the printer/scanner driver for this device to install it manually? Please, please, don't refer me to more 'all-in-one' apps, I need something that works without an always-on internet connection.

Hi @mrVazil 

1. Please download and install  HP Printer drivers for MacOS from the next link:

• https://apple.com/HP_Drivers.dmg

2. Then go to System Preferences > Printers then Add the printer.

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted Solution when question is answered.
