I have dine a firmware update for my printer.but it shows verifying message for almost 10 min and I have unplug the cord from the rear and cord from main outlet for 60 sec . But still shows the same message. And touch control is not responsive

Try these steps:
Disconnect and Restart:
- Press the power button to turn off the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer and from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the printer and the wall outlet.
- Press the power button to turn on the printer.
Perform a Hard Reset:
- With the printer turned on, unplug the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet.
- Disconnect any USB cables connected to the printer.
- Wait for 2 minutes.
- Plug the power cord back into the printer and the wall outlet.
- Turn on the printer.
Update the Firmware Again:
- If the update process was interrupted or not completed correctly, reattempt to update the firmware.
- Go to the HP support website, find the latest firmware for your printer model, and follow the instructions to update.
Check for Mechanical Issues:
- Ensure that the cartridge access door is properly closed.
- Check for any obstructions or paper jams inside the printer.
