To find the PIN for your HP Smart Tank 581 All-in-One Printer, follow these steps:

On the Printer Control Panel:

  • First, press the Information button on your printer's control panel to print an Information page.
  • Locate the IP address on the printed page.

Access Embedded Web Server (EWS):

  • Type the printer's IP address into a web browser's address bar and press Enter to open the Embedded Web Server (EWS).

Login Credentials:

  • If a login window appears, use admin for the username.
  • Enter the PIN found on the label located inside the front door of the printer or the password set by the printer administrator.

Once you have logged in using the PIN, you will have access to the printer's settings and functions.
