Yikes... 2 HP desk jets don't print most things. Who designs these things? Even instructions do not work. What a waste of money and time. I paid an online team to correct the problem, and a few prints later it forgot how to print. I had another brand and it did well until it got stuck on an internal incorrect paper size , and Amazon was nice enough to take it back and refund. I'd be better off driving miles to use a computer and another brand printer. Get it together HP. How much do you pay these people to make our lives miserable? Fix the dam problems and stop telling me how to get help online when that does not work as well. Even when it says fixed it is not. test print will not. Go home for Covid-19 and stay there.
