Hi @FroxOly,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

To re-download the Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) driver for your HP scanner or multifunction printer, you can follow these general steps:

Visit the HP Support Website: Go to the official HP support page at www.hp.com/support.

Enter Your Product Details: In the search bar or the prompted section, enter the model number of your HP printer or scanner to find the support page specific to your device.

Navigate to Drivers and Software: Once you find your product, look for the section labeled Drivers, Software, or Downloads.

Select Your Operating System: Choose your computer's operating system to ensure you download the correct version of the driver.

Download the WIA Driver: Look for the WIA driver in the list of available drivers, and click the download button.

Install the Driver: Once downloaded, run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
