Hello,

 

I've tried HPEasyStart_17_5_11.exe, HPEasyStart-15.8.1-ST5100_57_2_1673_1_Webpack.exe and HP Installer.exe. none of these will install the drivers or control panel for the printer. I get to the setting up printer window and is just runs and runs and runs, never com-letes the process. Is there any way to install the drivers to Win 7 32bit (Toshiba Laptop) for the Smart Tank 5101 printer.

 

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
