HP Web JetAdmin - when i try to firm printer in HP Web JetAdmin i get the following - An unexpected error has been encountered. The Client will be closed.

 

i also tried logging into server - same result - An unexpected error has been encountered. The Client will be closed.

 

version = 10.5.115586 (10.5 SR2)

server OS = server 2019
