I just moved and need to reconnect my printer.  I printed the configuration page but the PIN is not printing.  It prints the rest of the page is just that there is no pin on it under 'WPS Pin' on the info page.

Then, I tried printing a couple of times and it shows the following words on the page with nothing in between:

The current Wi-Fi Direct PIN code for this printer is:

The PIN code will be valid for 90 seconds.

So I know it should show up there and I am printing the correct page, but it is blank.  Please help!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's restore the Printer's network settings:

Press and hold the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel together for three seconds.

Once done, try connecting the Printer to the new Wi-Fi using the HP Smart App: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04675142

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
