When I purchased my HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e I was to get the standard 1yr warranty plus 1 yr beyond that for a total of 2 yr. . When I do the check warranty it comes up with 1 month left. Does anyone have any knowledge of this 2 yr promotion and where I can verify it?

Did you purchase this direct from HP or from a retailer. I ask because sometimes vendors offer their own warranty extensions and HP would have no record of that.

Hi,

I would also clarify if you enabled HP Plus for your printer, the printer is provided with additional 1 year when enabling HP Plus, please see it's FAQs section below:

Additionally, how long ago did you purchase the printer?

I bought the printer Dec.2020. I am in the + program. Shouldn't HP have this information and not ask me to extend my warranty for a fee before 12/26/21 ?

Thank You
