Product: HP LaserJet MFP M234sdw Printer

Hi,

I am trying to send warranty claim dispute of my recently purchased HP LaserJet -MFP following these instructions but when I tried to send the form, I got error 500 and according to other posts that I read here, I am not the only one that is having problems sending the form. I already tried to call the support, but they didn't understand the problem.

 

Can someone from HP representative please help me with this?
