Hi, was sent an email type contact advising me that my warranty on my new printer delivered on the 2nd of June 2025 would run out on the 24 of the Sept 2025, when phoned and queried this was advised that the warranty was 12 months from the date of manufacture not purchase.

If that true wont be buying or advising anybody to purchase items from HP, imagine a printer sitting in a warehouse for say 11 months not much of a warranty left!

Was going to purchase the extended 3-year warranty but even those figures didn't match up to the true date of purchase .
