Warranty Issue with New HP Printer
Dear HP Support,
I recently purchased an HP printer
HP ENVY 6010e All-in-One Printer
, Serial [text omitted to protect user privacy] on 17th July 2024 from Amazon. When I registered it on your website, it showed as "out of warranty."
Please update the warranty status to reflect the correct purchase date.
