HP ENVY 6075 All-In-One Printer

Printer warranty states out of service. Printer under 30 days old. Submitted warranty claim with receipt. How long does it take since I have an issue with 

- no power to the entire printer after I did a scan it flashed and shut down. 

I used another outlet. Not connected to a power strip. Used another extension cord from HP printer and still no power. 

i worry last 30 days that if replacement needed I wind up a refurb unit when this is brand new. Trying to get a phone number these days is impossible if your unit states out of warranty.

Under 30 days, most retailers will replace over the counter.

Ah well, some retailers just don't get customer service. Sorry to hear the seller is not more cooperative. When I worked retail we had 3 days from date of  purchase in which we would simply replace the unit for the customer.
