I bought the above printer on January 14th, installed it 2 days later and today tried to register warranty.
The confirmation email did not come though I have a document to confirm my application for warranty.
What concernés me on that document is that the period covered is 10 months when it should be 12. Furthermore with the printer came a notice claiming that if I f I registered within 60 days of my purchase and at no extra cost I would be covered for 2 years. No sign of this.
I tried all I could to sort matter out and I go round in circles, unable to find a phone number or email for help.
Can anybody, please, put me in the right direction.
i know I am in the wrong room for this help but I am at the end of the road.

Have you registered your device on the lower link or not? If unsure preceded with registration once more and you will receive a confirmation e-mail within minutes registration is complete.

With your link I managed to work to the stage where I was given a reference number and the promise of an email within a few moments.
This has not come, a problem as I need to get the details from it to send details of the printer’s invoice.

You have passed the step where you should upload your printers invoice. You should get an email with details on how to send an invoice, without that your registration will not be completed.
