Was printing OK on standard glossy paper - now ( same paper) will not print or will jam

Has always printed well on glossy photo paper (either directly or remotely via mobile phone). Now, will not print on glossy paper (but will print on standard copy paper) or,  will part print, and/or jam machine. Sometimes will appear to have printed/or be printing (as reported on printer screen) but only black lines appear on paper at end of 'print'.  I have cleaned printer heads, supply levels are all good and there are no other printer problems... Help please. Thank you.

If you have already performed the steps from the document 'Paper Jam' Error and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
