Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2019

Hi

 

When I want to create a Configuration Template for my 776 Laserjet printer, it is not listed in the drop down.  I have imported and applied feature pack 14 but that has not made the device appear in the list.

 

I have checked the release notes of Feature Pack 14 and the printer is listed from an earlier release and from what I understand each feature pack is cumulative.

 

Any ideas how I can get the device to appear in the drop down?  

 

If this question is posted in the wrong forum, please let me know as I could not find a forum for WJA.

After some searching and reading other articles I think I have to choose "HP Enterprise UPI" based on this article - https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03444040.

 

The "HP Enterprise UPI" supports the device I want although I am not 100% sure if what I have chosen is correct.

 

Anyone from HP can answer?
