I'm running the latest version of HP Web Jetadmin ( 10.5.116210 (10.5SR3) ). It's being hosted on a single Server 2019 Standard edition VM. 

We have a handful of LaserJet Pro 4001dn that are showing up as LaserJet Pro 4001. These devices in result are getting Device Communication Error despite being online and pingable from the server itself. I can open a browser and connect to it via the web console. 

The device are up to date on firmware, have WS-Discovery turned on, and have SNMP v1/v2 set to read-write. 

 

Is anyone else having this issue?
