HP LaserJet Pro 400 color for many years. I could use it until the recent update on Windows 11. Please explain. It weas used with the last update in May but denied use.

With update two weeks ago, I lost access to both my printers. Access pon HP site denies access to a usable driver. Site denies access.

Your best option is to use either the Smart Universal Printer Driver or the Universal Printer driver, both of which can be downloaded from HP.

I tried and got this  messsage

"There is no software or drivers available for your product."

on both options

I had loaded drivers for that older printer several times and was denied access to the driver with Windows 11 update

I just tested both links provided in the message and I was able to download drivers from HP site.

 

Download the next driver, click to this link >> Laserjet driver installer

Attempt to do that has been a problem. I have only one network connection on my Dell Windows 11 and I have tried to get it to be accepted via one cable on the floor to direct to it,. The app will not accept that using the USB cable, not access the installation
