HP Smart Tank Plus 570
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have a new printer called HP Smart Tank Plus 570.

On https://123.hp.com/fr/fr/, I selected "HP Smart Tank Plus 570 Wireless All-in-One series"
I installed "HP Smart" on my desktop computer (dated from 2012) on Windows 10.

During installation, I checked "Default printer"

The printer is connected to the computer via an USB cable.

After installation, in "Printers and Scanners" I find :
"Microsoft IPP class driver"

I set the new printer as my default printer.

When I run a document scan from the PC, it works.
Printing a test page requested from the PC also works.

But when I try to print any other document from the PC, nothing happens.

I used the Windows Printer Troubleshooter: no problems found.
I used the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool for Windows, the only HP printer found is "Microsoft IPP class driver" and for this printer ; no problems found.

1- Would you know what “Microsoft IPP class driver” corresponds to?

2- Do you know why the printing is not working?

Thank you in advance for any response.

Patrick
