Hi @JenH44,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
I would suggest you to update the drivers from Device Manager and check if it helps:
- Open Device Manager by pressing Windows key + X, click on Control Panel; select System and Maintenance.
- Click on Device Manager.
- In Device Manager, locate Printer and double-click to check if it’s working properly.
- Go to Driver tab, then click on Update Driver. And follow the instructions.
Hope this helps. Please post us with the required information if the issue persists and we will be happy to help you.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
