Product: HP DeskJet 4155e All-in-One Printer

I had many printing issues with my HP DeskJet 4155e all-in-one printer.  Just plain printing.  I think it was a lemon but none of the tecs said it.  They also used HP Smart which doesnt work with my Window8.1.  They  told me it was the hard drive.  Even tho I had an extended warranty by using a Mastercard they did not know anything about it..I had to deal with the assurance company which is just about driving me insane,  I cant print so it is pretty haRD GETTING IN FO TO THEM!!  Anyhow during my last sessions with many different tecs I called them and spoke to one lady.  She said the it wasnt my printer but the OS Window8.1 was not compatible and she could not help me..Duh!!  nobody ever said that to me and I had many sessions about this prin ter with the finality:  Your hard drive is gone! You have to buy a new one!!  I really would like to get a printer but no concrete answer about the compatibility with my Window8.1 am really confused  Sorry for the ranting but hope you can understand my situation..

HP Recommended

Any printer that is supported by HP Universal Printer Driver is supported for Windows 8.1.
