I'm not a business. I'm a retired person just trying to print on my one and only printer. I just need to print. I don't have to decide which printer in what location, I only have one, and I can reach it from where I'm sitting at my computer. You have every right to protect your users, but you also have a responsibility of giving your users a choice. I don't want JetAdvantage and I never did. All I want know is for you to tell my how to get rid of it.

Hi @RBB-MASS
Welcome to HP Forums,
This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂
As I understand you are facing issues with the Jetadvantage option with the printer.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2039298-1862169-16
(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?
When was the last time it worked without these issues?
In the meantime, please try the steps mentioned on this link: Click here
Restore factory settings:
Restoring the factory-set defaults returns most of the settings to the factory defaults. It will not reset the page count, tray size, or language. To restore the product to the factory-default settings, follow these steps.
-
Turn the product off. Disconnect the power cable from the product for 30 seconds and then reconnect.
-
Turn the product on while you press and hold the Resume
button for 10-20 seconds. The Attention
light turns on.
-
Release the Resume
button. The Attention
and Ready
lights cycle while the product restores factory defaults.
Please reply with the details for further assistance.
Eager to help!

I inadvertantly downloaded eprint jetadvantage and decided this wasn't for me and my printing needs. In attempting to go back to the original software and driver, the message "driver is unavailable" appears and the printer won't activate. It appears eprint jetadvantage removed the original driver. How do I reinstall it?
