Product: HP Photosmart 6520 e-All-in-One Printer

HP PhotoSmart 6520.  When I click on the icon it does not open. I get a message "The item referred to by this shortcut cannot be accessed. You may not have Application Permssion. I am using Windows 10. Was there an update that I am missing?

I suggest that you delete it and reinstall the HP Smart App to access, manage and use your HP PhotoSmart 6520 printer.
