If the page numbers have been added, for example in a Word document - and they don't show on the print, they might be "outside" of the boundaries for the document. Move the Footer up from the bottom or perhaps set the margins to "Narrow".
What else?
Page numbers must be added to the printed output - these are not part of the document by default.
If you are printing from your Web browser, look in Print > Settings > Possibly "More Settings" and add the header / footer.
