Hi,
Open This PC and browse to C Drive, then delete the LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution folder.
Now run the installation file once again and follow the steps on screen.
If the installation won't start following extracted, right-click the Start button and select Run, then paste below path and press OK to start the installation wizard:
C:\LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution\HpSetup.exe
