When I type the S/N into the HP website screen,  I get messages that the number is not correct. BUT it is the only number on the label on the back of the printer (HP OfficeJet Pro, 9025e.) Can you help?

I understand you are facing an issue with your S/N not getting detected. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
