Product: LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When attempting to install driver software for a USB connected Laserjet I get an installation error "Call to DriverPackageInstall returned error - 536870347 for package 'C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\HP LaserJet Pro M428f -M429f\DriverStore\StanleyV4\hpteC22a4_x64.inf': The 32- bit version DIFxAPI does not work on the Win64 systems. A 64 -bit version of the DIFxAPI is required. 

 

I am running a brand new HP laptop and a brand new printer. The OS is a Windows 10 64 bit, so I would assume that the 64 bit veresion of the DIFxAPI mentioned would be the same. I have found several mentions of this same error code through searches, but none of the fixes have worked.
