I can't install the printer!  It all started when I replaced the toner with a non-hp product.  The printer printed the test page and then I thought I was OK.  The next day I tried to print from an internal file it wouldn't print.  Big idea, I thought, why don't I put the old HP toner back in and if it prints then I know what the problem is.  Nope, it wouldn't print.  So I went through 2 days of Windows 11 techs and HP techs (AI) installing, uninstalling, plugging in, unplugging and nothing helps.  I have probably deleted the printer somewhere along the way.

The last error message was upon downloading the software and drivers, the computer downloads but when it installs it stops halfway through and says "Extraction failed.  Cannot delete output."

Can someone help?
