Hi @JT8753,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your printer only prints the header of the email but not the body. Let’s go through a few steps to resolve this issue.

Check Print Preview
Before printing, open the email and select Print Preview to confirm whether the body of the email is visible there.
If the body is missing in the preview, the issue is likely with the email client or browser.

Update Your Email Client or Browser
If you’re using Outlook, Gmail, or another email platform, make sure it’s updated to the latest version.
Outdated email apps or browsers can sometimes fail to render the email body for printing.

Switch Printing Method
Try printing the email from a different source:

If you’re using a desktop app (like Outlook), open the same email in a web browser and print from there.

If using a browser, try a different one (e.g., switch from Chrome to Edge or Firefox).

Disable “Print Headers Only” Option
In some email clients, there’s an option that allows printing only headers for saving ink or paper.
Check your email client’s print settings and ensure this option is disabled.

Check for Content Blocking (e.g., Images or HTML)
If the email contains images or HTML formatting, ensure your email client is set to display images and external content.
Sometimes blocked content does not print.

Clear Cache and Temporary Files
Clear the cache of your browser or email client.
Restart the application and try printing again.

Update Printer Driver
Ensure the printer driver is up to date by downloading the latest version from HP’s official website.
Restart your computer and printer after installing the driver.

I hope this helps.
