Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw

I have three printers exactly the same and am continuously annoyed that I cannot identify which are which without some convoluted workaround of serial numbers which I have now written in big bold letters on each as I forget !

This is not a hard ask..................

You didn't specify what OS you are using. You can rename any printer in WIN e.g. M283garage, M283basemet, M283kitchen

I am using windows 365 but have not been able to change it in the HP smart app so when it comes up in my listing I can recognise them.  Ill try it through windows but it wont help on my mac machine.
