Where are the network time server settings in the 277dw web interface ?

Hello,

does anybody  know where to define the network time server in the web interface of the  277dw printers ?

We know that the date and time can be manually set in the device's control  panel but it looks as if these settings are lost for unknown reasons and the fax log returns to the year 2000.

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that date and time settings are changed automatically, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform an NVRAM reset on the printer to fix this issue.

This will clear the fax logs also.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
