Product: LaserJet cp2025dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

All the troubleshooting references I find tell me to use ToolboxFX - which I don't have, have never heard of, and can't find any links to (that link to a still-active webpage). Where can I find it? Or was the software replaced by a new tool -  If so, what and where can i find it?

Hi,

The HP Toolbox FX software is only available for older OS versions which had a Full Feature Software and Drivers available, a such is no longer available for any operating system later than Windows Vista.

 

For later operating systems, basic print functionality is offered using the HP Universal Print Driver.

 

What are you trying to achieve? what is the reason you are looking for the HP Toolbox FX software?
