Where can I get installation software for my printer HP Officejet Pro 8710.

I want to reinstall my printer software.

I am using Windows 11.

When I install these drivers, installation cannot connect to the printer.

I have a USB cable connected from the printer to my PC.

I also have wireless setup on my printer, the PC cannot connect to the printer.

My printer was working okay before I upgraded my PC to windows 11.

Now all I want to do reinstall the printer software on my PC.

HP Easy Start for installation - 
- It installation software finds printer - HP Officejet Pro 8710 - IP Address 192.168.1.146
- Then Got to 'Choose your software and driver'
- I choose 'HP Smart (Recommended)'
-A message is under this option - 'Already installed. Select to launch'
-When HP Smarts - At the top of the HP - HP Officejet Pro 8710 - Printer status unknown

Is there a way to get the printer status to connected?

I reset my firewall and printer is working!
