i am trying to finish the setup of my DeskJet 2700 All in one printer and it is asking for a claim number. I went on the link to look up and resolve issues, and it was saying the claim code is the printer's email address without the domain. However, that was still incorrect. Where is the claim code or what is it titled as on the printer fact sheet?
